Megahard is a high tech company in the design and development of new technology from the initial idea to production. The customer’s wishes are key. While working at the scientific research institute INCAS³, Georges Meinders noticed that there are hardly any good technical R&D companies with quick response time, clear communication and multidisciplinary knowledge. That’s why he founded Megahard in 2011, as an INCAS³ spin off. At INCAS³ employees are allowed to spend 20% of their time on research and engineering projects of their own interest, provided that there is some consistency with the INCAS³ activities.
Megahard’s specialties are electronics product design and production, enclosure design & prototyping, mechanical design and production and wireless sensor technology.
Otigy aims to solve complex industrial and societal problems by turning scientific and technological expertise into products and by providing investment capital for highly innovative SMEs.
The products can either be delivered directly to the market or through Otigy’s SME partner network.
Otigy will obtain the required scientific and technological expertise through its collaborations with leading international research institutes.
